The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet residential area close to beautiful parks and the tube line, making it a convenient spot. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the broken shower in the bathroom was a bit of a downer. The housekeeping service was excellent and helpful with tours and ticket assistance. The Italian grilled meat served in the dining area was a delightful experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, right next to the bus stop and in the vibrant Lilliput area. The room was okay, but the broken shower was a real letdown. The staff were helpful though. The light food offered was a nice touch, and the facilities were decent overall.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is superb, close to Brent Cross station and in a calm neighborhood, but the bathroom and shower in the room were broken. However, the convenience of being near transport links was a plus.
